hahaist011's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- billy yank, kickboxer to whom it may concern: michigan statehood = 1837. you know what else? tom buchanon is an a-hole. holla! on tuesday, i become a student teacher. if, that is, i can find the original of my child abuse clearance, i guess. and i dont need any smart remarks about rosea from anyone associated with the Legendary House of Xtravaganza. anyone, that is to say, who has more flybacks than g-d. my favorite things: 2. the look on one talissa's face when climbing higher into chinatown she jabs me and says 'what is this?' pointing to the sign in english and hebrew, telling us where we must eat, etc. 3. walking past the rosemary's baby windows at jackson lake and hearing what i am sure was a giant mothman beast. it seems as likely that we encountered a creature from a movie as that we could actually hear someone snoring (possibly into a microphone) like two or three stories above us. in january (a month during which i feel safe assuming that the windows are shut). 4. making what i think is a throw-away joke about not introducing myself to a stranger--"it simply isn't done. i've seen pride and prejudice like seven times"--only to have said stranger inform me (me!) that not only did Pride and Prejudice challenge those very kinds of norms of "female behavior" but was also, originally, "a book." o my brother, of course there is more to this list. don't be foolish; i oughta sue your parents. 1:16 a.m. - 2007-01-12 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
