hahaist011's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- dine bound dag. i leave for the navajo nation on monday. i have also heard good things about the southwest. not sure if i believe them. i mean--pretty sure they don't pertain to me, right? but i wanna live with the indians. this basketball player from oliver was shot over the weekend. by these other kids from oliver. i wish, in a way, that i was going back _there_. even though it was awful in so many ways. and even though pittsburgh public schools has recently PAID someone to figure out that they should be called simply "pittsburgh schools." so nobody thinks that they're shitty because they're public. and also now it'll be like "pittsburgh schenley" or "pittsburgh peabody," etc. why am i talking about this? your mother was right about everything. what i meant specifically is that she was right in predicting--to some extent--who i would think of as the one who...you know? remember that awesome spring break snow day? and my dad goes, "those people don't know right from wrong!" 6:17 p.m. - 2007-07-11 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
