hahaist011's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- july something so, i was talkin to lee on the phone yesterday night. he doesn't dig los angeles (which he expected), so he's basically using extra time to write music. and he goes, "i'm doing a reggae record," and i go, "that's the best idea ever!" but as i say it, i realize that it was *my* idea. and i'm like, oh man that sounds so wack and self-congratulatory, and he's like, "yeah it's a good idea. i think it was your idea." and i just laugh and laugh and laugh, like "i KNOW!" woops. anyway. it seems, kinda, that--apart from talissa (who is in a category apart from all others)--i have more contact nowadays with edward min and lee ebersole than like anyone. does that seem wrong? or right? or inevitable? or unlikely? today i am going to the dille's house to have dinner with the original little mama. jackie's mama/rachel's mama/marcie's mama. it hurts me like real bad to leave rachel here and go away. what now, you know? i oughta spirit her away to the rez. fly fleance from coraopolis and other ill places. pretty sure i couldn't have done this weird interlude between lives without her around. and i know--for sure--that without each other, neither of us would have ever been in the middle of an attempted street brawl in the middle of the goddamn night in carnegie while some man named wayne--"call me suge"--looked on semi-indifferently. 10:48 a.m. - 2007-07-12 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
